My troubles with them started last year. Seems to be the same as everyone else, promised me a modification then I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I contacted my mortgage company and they never even filed financial documents. I somehow got the personal phone number of Bruce Weiner and of course he told me that Liz Gomez was on vacation and he would be going out of town, but he would contact me right after memorial weekend. Haven't heard from him yet. I will call one more time and then its to small claims and report to the bar.
