I signed for a loan modification with realty law center I dealt with michael levine, liz gomez and jennifer espinoza they never filed a modification with the bank, at first they asked me to deposit $1,500 on to their bank of america account then I asked my bank about my loan modification status and they said, no one has submitted a request for loan modification, I tried to hold my second payment to realty law center but michael levine sent me an email asking for their second and final deposit of $1,500 or he would send me to collection department. So I did make the deposit the second deposit of $1,500 dlls. Liz gomez told me that the bank never accepted the modification and that I was going to get a full refund but they needed 45 days to process it, its been more than 6 months and now they dont even answer my emails
