The customer service rep, named Roland, in Pleasant Grove, Utah who sounded as if he is from New Dehli, India, was rude and unhelpful when I was asking to speak to his customer service department, or a manager. RED FLAG - He started yelling at me, getting impatient when I was unsure of the transaction, and DEFINITELY did not like the fact that I told him I could not find any additional information on his company on the internet. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE rep I have ever talked to has YELLED AT ME like that! He kept trying to reassure me how secure my credit card transactiuon would be, and even informed me that IT WAS NOT a scam. What kind of LEGITIMATE business says that? None. But ROLAND the scam artist knows the truth. I am glad I came in here, to see all the other complaints. I also know one universal fact. When it sounds too good to be true, it is.
