They called me / (red flags?) saying they work with credit bureau and saw outstanding credit problems & would offer their services to reduce interest & work out a payment schedeule fo 499.00 which was charged my other credit card. They were very slow to respond to phone calls, downright stalled on occasions. Finally set up a payment schedule. They actually lowered the interest rate on one account, but payment rates weren't addressed. Well, - time to call them again, and again, Phone #no longer in service
