I telephoned this company when a memo appeared on my checking account about a purchase that I had not made. The gentlemen on the phone who appeared to be a representative stated that he understood why I was calling and wanted to assist me in getting the charge for an item that I had not ordered off my account. He assured me that it would be canceled and that no further billing to my account would be done. This date that I called was June 1. It has been 11 days already and the amount is still showing up on my account. I will now take legal action as there was no authorization granted for them to use my card. I am also going to deal with my bank on this issue of the charge of $49.95 plus a. 40 (debit card fee). My damages my result in more once I have finished, but due to the aggravation and my time and research the amount as of today is $200.00
