I received a letter from Chen Wong, Business Relations Manager, regarding the unclaimed estate of a deceased relative, $14.7M. He claimed The Dalian Bank would be in touch to inform me that the money has been willed to me. On verification of details Chen Wong would make available to The Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited The Dalian Bank would be instructed to make payment. For his trouble the proceeds would be split in half. He requested to not have his confidence betrayed.
Any contact with him was to be via e-mail, fax or telephone.
The letter was not on headed notepaper and had no signature and was supposedly posted in the UK by a friend.
