It all looked respectable at first as there is a Chiyu Banking Corporation in Hong Kong and a Bank of Dalian. Also the telephone number 0085281703961 is a Hong Kong number. It was very tempting, but after reading the reports, decided to ignore it. Promises $14.7 million inheritance.
