I ordered an pendent june29.2012 and still have not received it. I emailed several times and no one has emailed back. There's no customer number to call either. When I checked my confirmation# on line it said it was shipped 7/2. I think it's terrible they have no telephone number for their customer's to call. No tracking number either.
