I saw their advertisement on the internet regarding a guaranteed loan from their data group for people with all types of credit request. After reading the fine print regarding guaranteed loans I submitted my loan request. They then gave me their list of lenders. I saw that the lenders they had listed were of no use to me because I had either been turned down or I had already established credit with the credit lenders.

I contacted their office by phone and they responded by email stating they wanted me to send my denial letters to their office. Although in replying I attached the denial letters to the email they sent me, they responded by emailing their address with a suite number.

I checked the this is not an actual business physical address merely a post office box. Also, their telephone is not listed and is a recorded voice with no physical address. So chances are I won't get my refund back. I will have to contact my bank and fill out a fraud report to get my refund.
