Nothing happened. I received this letter yesterday. This store closed in 2010. We had a power play membership. There was no late fees. You returned the video and then was able to rent a new one. You could keep it as long as you wanted. We had a cousin who worked at this store and was friends with store manager. We never had outstanding debts... Or they wouldve let us know. If you go online there are thousands of complaints just like this... And and a bankrupt company cannot pursue a debt by turning it to credit reports. You cannot get a hold of ARM solutions... What should be done?
