I have had the exact problem as Derma Science Complaint 119984
Receceived an SMS that I had made a purchse at 01:26 this morning< June 11 of R862.69 when I did not authorise any such deal. I have soppted my credit card and requested my Bank to go forth with a dispute query. My fear is that I might not have read the fine print BUT for the first purchase (see below) I received and invoice and up to this stage, i have not received an invoice.
Yes, I had purchased a Trail Pack costing R49 but have not received it to date. When I emailed them regarding date of delivery, they reckon it must be held up at custom as the the package is in transit. This email was send to me at 11:39 pm on 10 June, just a few hours before I was billed, strange or a coincidence.
It seems as if I am not the only. Beside the action that i have already taken, what else can be dome to expose this malpractice and blacklist the company on cybernet?
