I purchased a right up freezer for my home a week ago today. I decided to go to Kmart because of the fact I love shopping at my local Kmart. I found the freezer I wanted to purchase at your competitors at a discount price and with free delivery. I just decided to go out of my way and bring my own truck and trailer and just purchase it at Kmart. I had no problem purchasing the freezer in fact Ken the manager was awesome made sure I got what I needed and if I need any more assistants. Ken made sure the freezer was loaded and I was satisfied. I thanked him and the other associate that was so kind to load it on my trailer while I was in line paying for my other items. Now to my complaint I came home from work and noticed I fowl odor and to my surprise it was my new freezer I then call Kmart store 9511 in Palatka. The lady at the service dask had said since I couldn't locate my receipt I could bring it in with no problem because I had purchased it on my rewards card. I loaded it on my trailer and made my way back to Kmart. I got there and the lady at the service dask had lode it up and no it wasn't put on my rewards card. I didn't want to argue I then just asked to see a manager in charge. It was Ken I was so glad to see Ken he not only remembered but was so understanding and helpful. I lost all my seafood and other foods I had stocked my freezer with. I as what about my food I had lost sorry was all I got. I understand they couldn't replace my food but I would store credit or a web sight to go on to get a replacement for my food I lost about $500.00-$700.00 dollars worth of seafood meats and other food. Me as a business man myself a customer that comes to me with a complete I do everything to make the situation right. I will remain being a customer at my local Kmart.
