Received a text at 9:31PM EST from PH #9177569778 reading the following:
Congratulations, your number made you BestBuy's winner of the day! Goto http: www.bestbuy.ca. Wonacontest.com to claim your prize! You have 24 hours to claim.
Realized right away it was a scam, since I never gave my number to any BestBuy or Future Shop retailer, and that I also checked online to confirm my suspicions. I didn't bother visiting the site, so therefore I cannot comment on it's legitimacy or any state of design it is in.
