Pets Courier International
Consumer Report

A guy from Belgium named Mario Luis told me he had Beagle puppies for adoption, and all i had to do was pay for the pet's transfer, that was US$180. He said he would register the puppy, and the agency would contact me. So it happened that the agency PETS COURIER INTERNATIONAL contacted me via email telling me all was ready regards the required paper work and that my puppy would be sent as soon as i paid the US$180 via Western Union. I did, and within less than 2 hours, the supposed agency (situated temporarily in Cameroon, due to office refurbishment), asked me via phone call, and via email to pay a further $820, as a pet's life insurance required for the transfer. Once reading this email, i decided to check on scam book re the agency. I must admit this sounds silly to check after effecting payment, but i had initially checked on Mario Luis, and nothing came up. Also the first time i checked on the agency's website mentioned to me by Mario Luis, there was on the website that they accept payment via Paypal, so this had put my mind at rest that it was not a scam. Unfortunately it was. I did not pay the $820, and the agency sent me further emails. Then Mario Luis himself said he paid $500, himself, and i only had to pay $320, which would be refundable. I told him i would not pay anything else as this was all a scam. Hopefully, my message will be of help to anyone else from becoming a victim of such frauds.
