Microsoft NEVER NEVER calls customers. The person has a Hindou accent and speeks so fast, I wonder how many he screwed today. He says to clean all he must be able to acces your computer to fix things. Now he has pricing, as before when I asked, it was all free as Microsoft pays them to fix computers. He wants a Card # so he can screw you more, his start price $ 39.99.
They are in my book, theives. Beware of that Hindou accent and hang up.
