On May 31st I signed up for membership on Archives.com. That same afternoon, I went back on the site and cancelled my membership. Today my credit card was charged $39.95 payable to Inflection LLC. I called AmEx and got the phone number of Inflection LLC. After looking up the name on Google, I discovered it owns Archives.com. When I dialed the number, there was no way I could talk to a person... Just to leave a vm in the general vm box. So I called AmEx and disputed the charge. It will not be paid, and I will have my $39.95 back in 8 days.
