Hi. My name is Ronna Gurule. My husband Robert and I purchased a Bella sotve from Family Spa's Stoves and Billards in Albuquerque New Mexico. It has given us nothing but problems since the day we purchased it. It is about 9 to 10 months old "NOW". But, shortly after we purchased it. The ignighter went out. The company that we purchased it from sent US the ignighter to replace it. Then the motor fan went out and it is showing a message of " Over heat error, contact dealer". It will not even turn on at all!!! We called the company that we purchased it from. This happened almost 3 MONTHS AGO!!! He said, almost a month ago that he would sent a service man??? We have heard nothing yet. We also contacted Lennox? They said that they would call the company??? I think that someone is waiting for it go go OUT OF WARNITY!!! We would really like for someone to actually FIX our stove. I am hoping that you can do something to help us? We are talking with a lawyer to see what we should do. This was not a cheap stove. And has been nothing but a problem. Everyone is happy to help you when you are purchasing something??? But? Won't even acknowledge us now that is has been purchased and HAS NEVER WORKED RIGHT!!! We would prefer that they just REPLACE the stove. Please let me know if you can help us with this. I would like for something to be done BEFORE it GOES OUT OF WARNITY!!! This problem was reported both to the dealer from where we purchased it and LENNOX itself!!! It was reported MONTHS ago!!! Please tell me what is going on and why this is not getting taken care of and why we are BEING IGNORED??? Please get back with me as soon as possible.
