I purchased the model WHM-55c-fpi. Serial NO. 230004, receipt dated JAN. 3. After purchase, this stove functioned for approximately two weeks. I have spent over $700 of my own money in an attempt to get this stove to work properly. This included many so-called professionals. Needless to say this stove is still not functioning at all. I feel that I have been totally ripped off by this company and their dealer Mainly Stoves, Saco, ME. (who incidently is out of business). I feel like I have been left with no recourse. I feel like a sock left out to dry.
What would you recommend I do in this situation?
