I purchased a stove new from Hearth and Home 3 months ago.in the past month I have had several problems with the remote thermostat (ith let the flame on till 85 to 90). I was told to replace battweiwa and this helped for a day. I was then told to buy a wall mounted thermostat and the tech would come out and hook it up. He did but I then lost all of the features other than a vesy low output making it impossible to heat my home (this is the only heat I have. To top iy all off they want me to pay them 140.00 on a 3 month old stove that does not work right. Wow
