My son is a minor. After checking our bill earlier this year, we noticed a charge for motime.com. He had never used it before. Sprint said they would only refund two months, which is a crock. They promised to block it. Guess what? We just got our new bill and there is another charge from motime. Once again we have to go through the hassle of calling Sprint, speaking to some rep with poor English skills in some boiler room, about what happened. We got this months charge taken away, another promise it was blocked, but they refuse to credit us for the previous months. Guess what? I am taking them to court! We'll see what the judge has to say with this type of harassment! We will win! Screw Sprint and Screw this Motime.! Sprint knows better, they should have suspended their account activity a long time ago, but don't because they too are making money off this racket. I advise anyone reading this to go to small claims court and SUE your carrier. Prove to the judge that the carrier knew there was a problem, wouldn't refund your money, and ask for damages, you might be able to get a grand out of it for your problems. Good luck!
