MoTime charged my husband's cell phone $13.00 without him ever purchasing anything or subscribing to anything. Our provider is Roger's here in New Brunswick, they pretty much said they were unable to do anything about it. We had to contact MoTime and tell the guy to remove the charge. He started asking for a proof of purchase, etc, it was a very frustrating call. They bill you for doing nothing and make it difficult to get your money back.
