My son order 1 gallon Nioxin shampoo on 5/12. A couple weeks went by an no
product. Several attempts by email have been made to find out what happened.
We than sent an email demanding a refund. They still, after almost 1 month have
not credited my account. This was order by my son, but put on my credit card.
My son's email address is: (Personal Info Removed) The phone number this company has listed on the web, is no longer in use. Please help me get my refund. Since this was charged to my account, I have been trying to contact them, but leaving my son's email address for them to respond, to no avail
