I was trying to play a game on computer - supposed to be a free trial - they were asking for too much info, so I quit. On my bank statement$39.95 was taken out w/o my authorization. I never played the game and had forgotten about it until my bank statement showed it and I looked it up. What can I do about this??? I'm very upset!
