Firm falsely represents accessory products as fitting an express purpose. They claim they are not responsible for how it is marketed. Caveat emptier applies here. The gist of the matter is a case included within the package does not fit. It would seem easy to replace/exchange said case with the properly fitting one. They will not do this.instead the product must be returned. They charge a 20% restocking if the consumer makes any mistakes in the return. The product cost is around $10.50, plus postage of $4.99. Without any restocking fees the cost to return exceeds the cost of the product. (Postage times two, or in this case times four.) This applies to two orders of the same product. They refuse to make a simple remedy to the problem. The original supplier has been far more helpful in resolving the issue. This vendor has not.
