Much like everyone else, this charge popped up in my statement back in March and I had no idea what it was. I thought it'd be a one time thing, so I passively let it be. However, I was charged another two times this month. I called the number shown on the statement (888-532-7224) and talked to a customer service rep. Turns out it was my fault; I had signed up for a house-seeking website, which turned out to be a scam because they didn't inform me that they would be charging almost $60 every month. The representative cancelled my account for the website and is refunding the last payment they charged me for. Just call the number and maybe it can be resolved. Don't just wait for a website to do the work for you.
