Storefront on my website. I am brick and mortar only. I told her that it wouldn't work for me and that I wanted to cancel. They did not cancel. Every time I call I get a robot menu which says to leave a name/number for a call back. They never call back. They just keep charging. Now it is August and it still shows up on my statement.
