Purchased trip to Washington DC paid for it on May 18 and was told my packet would be mailed to me shortly. I have attempted to access thier customer service phone number of 888-400-3957 mail box is full. Attempted to contact the supervisor on the email they sent me 888-600-9852x1331 a Mike Gonazlez General Manager-mail box is full, Called the 1-888-659-5584 reservation desk who are rude and unhelpful and state they do not have a supervisor to talk to. I asked for thier mailing address and was told that they could not give it to me, I did finally get that maybe out of Georgia or California. My agent's name is Jason Brown at extension 177 who swears that he will make this right - so far nothing. They have taken the money from my bank account - it may be a pricy lesson but I should warn others that they are jerks, liars and do not make good on thier word. I will follow up with the Attorney General of my State and continue to pursue this until I get my money back or what I paid for. I have cell phone records of every call I have made to show that I have attempted to get some resolution - at one point I had to have a friend to call in and amazingly she was transferred to a Jason Brown who allegedly wasn't in there a minute before. They will take your money but not deliver!!!
