Ordered initial "free" trial offer and paid for shipping/handling ($9.99). Called within "free" trial period to cancel. After multiple conversations and attempts to upsell me on other products, membership was allegedly cancelled. Next day, charges for full amount showed up on my bank statement. I tried emailing and calling Sensa. Never received call back. Received one email response where they denied putting through charges. I responded and told them charges did in fact go through. I never heard from them again. I had to go through my bank and submit paperwork to deny charges.
