I ordered a trial order for Sensa which was a charge of $4.95 for shipping and handling. I never received the merchandise plus I have been charged for additional shipments. I would never of known about the shipments or charges if the charges had not been on my credit card. I am not getting any satisfaction from the company... I have to provr that I did not trceive the product and it seems to me that they shipped product to me and they are responsible for proving delivery.
