I ordered tablets for my kids for Christmas. I ordered 3. Sent them back because they froze. They replaced them, the 3rd tme sending them back they tell me I need to pay $42/tablet to have them fixed. Apparently this is not covered under the extra warranty I paid for. I have been battling with the BBB about the situation. Jason from eglobal said he will offer to knock the replacment fee down to $18 this time (per tablet) or give me in store credit. I am pissed. I do NOT want any of his junk electronics. I simply want my money back. So, now to go to the bank and see if its too late to argue the charges.
