I asked HelpMe to give me advice about a car repair problem. I wanted them to advise me about the cost of repairing an odometer/gear / indicator light. Every thing went through very well except I did not receive advice. When I tried to access my site with a password provided by them I could not. There is no way to contact them except there is a mailing address: 237 W 35th Street, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10001. This happened June 4 at 5:30 PM. I want them to refund the amount they have charged on my credit card. They provided a way to cancel but it is not available since I can't access my site.
