PrestaShop's free ecommerce software is advertised as free, open source, when is in fact its costly. PrestaShop instructs you to input all your product info then configure the store cart. The store cart never works properly, so when you call PrestaShop support your told you have to purchase a $400 support contract in order to get the store to work. PrestaShop is free but to make it work will cost you $400 - bait and switch! These people are scammer. Avoid them like the plague.
