Your company could start by explaining why this charge of $59x2 was never an agreed membership. I was offered access to these grants etc. For $2.98, Why would I be looking for financial assistance if I had enough money to pay for your privilege. There never was any mention of any further charges or how long I had to accept further charges or how to cancel if there was. There wasn't even an e mail confirmation, the name of the company or a phone number until I got my credit card statement. We are on a very strict budget, living on our Government pensions only, this is definitely a hardship. I wouldn't hesitate to call this a scam and I can't tell you how disappointed I am.
I hope your company takes pride in this kind of customer service and satisfaction. I will be reporting this to who ever it takes to detour anyone else being taken.
