I was on the JC Penny's web site shopping and the JC Penny's survey poped up and I filled it out and the type of question that were asked was " how offen do u shop at JC Penny's, who was I shopping for and questions like that and at the end it told me that I recieved a free bottle of cologne, men or women and i picked the men. But all i needed to do was pay $5.99 for shipping and handling fee and thats it!!! Then I see on my account on june 4,12 that they took out $95.00 and that is not right. They were not clear on what was advertised. And I want my money back!!! Because that was not JC PENNY'S..!!
