Fond spray pops up says i won free perfume just pay shiping and handling 5.99 I didn't think anything of it It was a j.C. Penny promotion right, now i have a charge for 95 on my bank account. The bank wells fargo says they cannot except my disputed charge because i have the product and the bank is reading 14 day tril offer i called the phone number attached to the charge sent to my bank account it is a call center no help
