I ordered free trial and did not receive the product. I was supposed to have a free trial. On june 1 i noticed i had a pending charge on my crédit card for $159. I called the number on the ginale website but it shut off after two rings. I tried to send them a message on the website but that didn't work either. It is like it is out of business. My crédit card co. Cannot do anything until the charge actually goes through.
