I ordered a sample of Allu wrinkle prevention product after looking on line and reviewing the ingredients. They failed to list the first tow ingredients in their web site which is Laneto 100 and Petrolatum Ultima wht pet. Usp. This is basically vaseline. The web site also did not disclose Phenonip, GTCC, and Sepigel 305, all of which is not understood by a lay person like me. So after what I thought was an informed choice, I contacted them to re-order the Allu product but asked them to contact me first before they sent it. They did not contact me but sent me the product. Then when I received the product again, I noticed on the box, all the other ingredients which were not listed on their web site.in fact, when I did call the representative to complain, they had not notated my request to be contacted before sending me the product again. I wanted to return the product for false advertising, but the rep had only the information on the web site. I kept having to emphasize the other ingredients, ie petroleum, were not listed anywhere else but on the box. I finally got through to her but she insisted that if I returned the product, not only would I have to pay for shipping, but i would have to pay $15 for "restocking" the product. Which meant I would incur a $20 cost to return the product, almost half the new product cost. I complained and insisted this was unfair since I had not used or opened the new container and I had not been fully informed. She suggested I give it away as a gift. This is not a solution. The information on the web site is untrue and deliberately misleading.
