My bill went up $20.00 and I went to check it out. Both charges came up as scams when I looked online. I called T-mobile and was told I had to call both places after talking to a representative at True Digit/My Mobile care, I got nowhere with him. He basically said, well she must have confirmed it with us so you are screwed. EXCEPT she didn't confirm anything but got A random text message that was immediately blocked. I think it is silly to force me to call them when T-mobile has way more power to do get the charges reversed than I do. Fight the charges and hopefully they will go away.
