Have been charged without authorization for the past year by two text services from True Digit and True Digit LLC. A total of 22 charges of 9.99 each. This was on a T-Mobile Bill. T-Mobile has blocked these charges and informed me to pursue refunds. The Toll free numbers T-Mobile gave me, led me to the same customer service person at My Mobile Care. They asked me to submit proof of the charges, which I did. They have offered a refund of $69.93 as a "courtesy" even though it is against their policies. They say a phone has to "opt-in" to be charged for their services. I have asked for proof that my phone ever opted in, and they are ignoring my request. Thus far I have refused their offer and with no proof of my opting in to their services am still demanding the full 219.78.
