I ordered a sample and received it along with another 30 day supply before I could even have a chance to let them know I did not want it. Also, I was billed twice. I was told by representative to overnight back to them for full refund. I did so for additional $25.00 and still did not get a refund or response. I made several phone calls along with e-mails and did not hear a thing back. Since then I have called at least 2X's weekly with no answers.
