I applied for a loan off loangogo, they rang and whilst on the phone they asked me to sign a document, my friend signed this document as it was her bank details that where used. He said on the phone that there would be a payment of £69.95 that would need to be made when choosing a lender, a e-mail got sent to me saying that i would need to make a payment and choose an lender. I ignored the email as i no longer needed the loan. They still however took the £69.95 out of my friends account, they are now saying that the payment needed to be paid before even looking at any possible lenders, this wasn't what they said on the phone as i wouldn't even of thought about paying it if this was the case. They have also sent me a letter, before i rang them, saying that I need to make the payment and choose a lender and that the payment can't be made before choosing a lender.
