My Grandson took a harleygas tank and fenders to be airbrushed by matt, they discussed job and price. This was in nov had to pay him up front for job. Well after several excuses of not getting it done we got tank back but had been airbrushed with not primer on tank looked crappy. Me and my husband both went out there with my grandson after getting tank back in Jan. Mind you this is 2months later, talked with matt told him was not happy. At this time he promised he would fix it make it right. His work was his name, is what he said.
Well being he had to re do it we asked it the design could be changed anyway as how the whole thing had to be redone, he said sure just wanted everyone happy. Well after waiting again and being put off time and time again as to why it wasn't done.in March we finally get it back and when i looked at this paint job i said really, my husband went and spoke with matt and tesha and she said they would fix it. The graphic on the tank were really nice but the clear coat had runs in it big as 2 wooden toothpicks with dripping off bottom of tank, they said that it could be wet sanded and buffed out, MATT TOLD MY GRANDSON TO PUT TANKS AND FENDERS ON BIKE SO HE COULD BUFF OUT, HE WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE IN THE GARAGE AND DO IT, HE DIDN'T SHOW AND THEN HE SAID TO BRING BIKE TO MALL ON SATURDAY. That matt would fix it. We were to meet them at 10.00 we were there with bike and trailer. Called her said was on way, waited never showed up, i went into mall and asked for them, her son was there he said they weren't comming, i told him to get them on phone. He did and after getting on phone i was talking with tesha and she told me to leave my harley in a alley like i was going to do that. I told her when matt got there we would put it where he wanted it and we would wait for it. She called me a (Inappropriate Content Removed) because i said her name wrong and i told her she didn't know me to call me a (Inappropriate Content Removed) and that was bad business and if she thought i was gonna leave my bike in a alley she had lost her mind. Then she called security down which didn't do anything cause i hadn't done anything wrong. Soon as i left within 30 mins THEY WERE PACKED UP AND MOVED OUT OF MALL. Guess what probally would have happen with my bike. Thank god i had more sense, i knew things were not right you just don't ask people to leave a harley. Yes you screwed a 17 year old out of his hard earned money, hope that makes you feel like a real man, cause one day u will get it back ten times over. And yes tesha I CAN BE A (Inappropriate Content Removed) Want to see? Oh and by the way the bike is repainted by a real painter and airbrush person. Hope u get what you deserve.
