I hired Ori Van Lines to do a very small move from Calfornia to Tx. I was told how much i had to pay upon pick up, the guy tried to get me to pay him an extra 102.00 and i refused, he said what difference did it make, i would have to pay less on delivery. Very unprofessional. I was told my items would be delivered in 5-10 days, well it took 17 days... Ok, everything came but my bed frame. I called Ori explained to them about my missing item, and was told they'd call me back in 2 hours, but they didn't. For the next 3 days i was told the same thing, then finally the next day i was ask if the claim dept had called me (they had not) i was given a phone number to call and was told to go online to complete the claim form then mail it to them and to wait 30 days to check on claim. All this run around for no reason. I wouldn't let these people move my dog house across the street.
