Ordered two shoes on-line through this merchant. Did not receive anything. When complaint filed with paypal, a shipment was initiated that day. I received garbage bag clips. Had to appeal paypal dispute now as a wrong item dispute. This required me to send the garbage bag clips back to China ($12.75 to do that). I thankfully took pictures of the package and customs declaration. Had to first submit the online tracking number. After waiting three weeks, just was told that there was trouble confirming receipt of the item and I had to provide additional proof of shipment. I have submitted the two pictures to paypal and hope that this is the final step. This vendor has the scam down to science!!! Every step of the paypal dispute process is manipulated by this vendor. They should be shut down!!!
