Ok... So I normally don't do this... But I am writing this as a warning to all of you pool owners... DO NOT GO TO SWIM N' PLAY IN WOODHAVEN ON ALLEN ROAD!!! I cannot believe the horrible service they've given me. Twice my pool has lost over half of its water bc the STORE OWNER... Yes, the store owner can't do it right the first time. 1. First, I stay home from work so I can be here when they get here. They never showed up. I called and oops... They've made a mistake and put my street as my last name. So, they had no idea who I was or where I was located so they say... Although on the sheet they filled out was my phone number LIke they couldn't call me to see where I lived? 2. The owner apologized and said he'd be over the next day at 11:30 AM. So, I get home from work. It's about 4:30. Nothing, i mean, nothing has been done. I call again... I hear the store owner say he will get there sometime that day. So, he finally does around 6 pm... Only about 31 hours late! 3. I wasn't going to be home that evening, so I get home, and nothing is done except my cover taken off. He didn't fill it with water and he connected the filter, etc wrong.in fact, he didn't put on some metal clamps that was suppose to hold the high pressure water hose. Hello? Don't you know how to do this since you do own a pool store I checked it later that night, and I have Niagara Falls in my backyard bc of this mistake.? So, I called, yet again! He comes back the next day and "fixes" it. 4. I finally think we are past that part. So, tonight, I get a text from my neighbor that my pool is making a pond in the backyard. I run out there and half of the water is gone. The one he had fixed wasn't the culprit this time. What the heck is going on? I've lost the water, flooded my yard and my neighbors, and I am just besides myself. This store obviously does not know how to open a pool correctly. I spent $200 for what? And, have lost so much water which will cost me a lot of money too! So the moral of this story, don't go to swim n play in woodhaven, bc you won't be swimming, you will be sinking!
