I had 1 year membership, which I joined 1 September But the info was misleading as I only wanted 6 months and they charge me 12 months, when I tried to retrieved my money back, it was unsuccessful, May I decided to give it a rest, and mistakingly pressed delete profile, now I cannot retrieve my profile... As I still have until September...
