Advertised $11/month membership. Actually charged $75 for six months up front. When I tried to cancel two days later, they said SOL; no refunds. You also cannot DELETE your profile; just deactivate it until the six months expires. As soon as you login again, your profile is reset to the defaults and is active again. I continued to receive contacts after my profile was hidden. Customer support gave incorrect instructions on how to remove profile. Filed complaint with BBB and State Attorney's office.
I am still getting the "NO REFUNDS" line... Spoke w/credit card company and I am contesting the charges.
