I got engaged and asked them to delete my profile about 5 times over about a 9 day period. They didn't have the option to do it myself. I warned them I'd write a report on them if they didn't. I wanted to delete my profile to reassure my fiance I wasn't still looking for other women. They haven't replied to me at all even though their site says they would delete a profile very quickly when one requests it.
