On the 7th of May I called a Real Estate Success Academy at (1-800-860-8068) but come to find out it was the phone # of PMI Education Iternational. I was looking into learning more about Real Estate and increase my knowledge for a cost of $1495.00. On the 8th they took the money out of our credit card account and I received the 1st phone call from my coach on the 9th, the call took approx. 20 minutes to complete. The next call was on the 16th and took about the same amount of time, on the 3rd and final call which again lasted about another 25 minutes I deside this course was not what I had expected and desided to cancel. I call PMI customer service and told them of my intention to cancel and they said a rep. Would be in touch with me. On 24th I receive a call from the PMI rep. Asking why I was canceling the R.E. Program. I told them it was not right for me at this time, could they refund the money back to my C.C. Account. The person from PMI said he couldn't return the full amount and told me the most he could return woud be $750.00 and they would be send papers for me to sign before it would be put back into the account. This is what upsets me and everyone beware, he said I only had 7 days to cancel with PMI which was the exact amount of days I had to wait for the next call from my coach. It has cost me $745.00 for approx. An hour an a half of conversation and thats only if I get any money back at all. Buyer beware it sounds like a SCAM to me. Lastly I'm 69 yrs. Old and me and my Wife are only living off our Social Security. People like this should be put on an desserted Island and left to survive alone and finally "DIE". They must not have any morals at all and what goes arround comes arround. Again beware of PMI Education International!!!
