They will call you on the phone. Tell you there is nothing to purchase, nothing to return. All you have to do is review the packet they send, call to cancel within 7 days if you are not interested and your checking account (or credit card) will not be charged. The "free long distance vouchers and airline vouchers are yours to keep for simply reviewing their "program".
It is a scam.
I got my packet on 2/4/07 and my checking account was debited on 2/8/07. I called them to cancel on 2/9/07 and noticed my account had already been debited. I was given a "cancel code" and told I would have to send everything back to get a refund. If I did not send the "paper" back, I would not get a refund of the money they stole. $149.00.
Basically, they keep the money and you have not one thing to show for it but worthless phone and airline vouchers.
There is no talking to Customer Service. RUDE, NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL.
There is nothing to return but letters explaining the program, the cards you are refusing (and canceling with a bogus "cancel codes") and the "complimentary" vouchers they SAY are your to keep for just being dumb enough to fall for the scam.
Please beware.
